Nancy Boutot is with the Financial Empowerment LEAD Center, Manager of Cross Systems Collaboration for the National Disability Institute

Katie Whaley is the Director of the KY Supported Employment Training Project, on the national APSE board, and the chair of the KY Employment First Commission.
